Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness /monthly
• Work with External auditors to issue the audited financial statements of the Company
• Handle the bank accounts of the Company
• Responsible for following up and monitoring the compliance with the loan related covenants
Prepare Project budget and financial reporting in line with Lenders and shareholders requirements/
monthly
• Reviewing, monitoring and managing project budgets in coordination with the contractor
• Control and review Cash Flow
• Liaising with the banks
• Overseeing the daily activities of team and ensuring that all major financial reporting, month-end,
and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Plan, implement and oversee overall financial process and procedures
• Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing,
verifying, and reporting financial information, in coordination with the projects contractors & subcontractors.
• Review and manage invoices to contractors
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Responsible for reconciling accounts.
• Responsible for signing payment cheques and transfers
• Coordinate and review the budget to avoid any variances / monthly
• Cooperate and coordinate with contractors to avoid any variances / monthly
• Ensure that an appropriate financial policy framework is in place to guide the Management’s
financial decision-making.
• Ensure appropriateness of the key financial assumptions included in the company’s strategic
plans and annual budget proposals. Provide advice to senior management colleagues on
these matters.
• Work closely with senior management, advising them on financial consequences of all
proposed courses of action.
• Maintain contact and liaise with bankers, advisors and auditors to ensure long term financial
security and stability the company.
• Review and present budget and forecasts to Management Board on timely basis along with
reasons for variances
• Plan and manage tax liabilities under existing and proposed legislation. Evaluate the tax
liability impact of contemplated courses of action, minimize the tax burden and deal with
tax authorities.

Qualifications

MINIMUN QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Years of Relevant position 5 years
Professional Certification CA or CPA
Work Experience (Previous
work Industries)
5 years in the field of accounting
Language Fluent/Good English (written and spoken)
